Jim Deese
It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the recent passing of our club member, Jim Deese. Jim has been a long standing member of our CSCA Skating Family and the skating community of Phoenix for many years.

Jim was a skater and coach himself, as well as the husband of club member, fellow skater and USFS Judge, Heather Deese and the father and number one biggest fan of his daughter, Jamie who is also a fellow club member and double gold medalist competitor. Jim's smile, friendliness, enthusiasm for life, and the sport of figure skating will truly be missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 5th at the First Christian Church, 6750 N. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85013. The church is located on 7th Avenue and Ocotillo Avenue, two blocks south of Glendale Avenue. Services will begin at 10:00 AM and conclude at 11:00AM. A balloon release and light refreshments will be served in the prayer garden following the services.
